A dynamic site is one that basically sources its content from an on-line database, rather than being displayed as individual static HTML pages. These web sites are generally used for on-line shopping, directories, forums, blogs, booking systems etc.

The main difference between brochure web sites and dynamic web sites is the need to constantly handle changing information. This gives them a much greater degree of complexity and also means that they require a tool by which the site owner can manage the data.

This is usually done through a Content Management System (CMS), which is effectively a separate administrative web site that can be used through the owner's web browser. Some examples of our dynamic sites include:
